Kaylyn bassett, Pharmacy Manager

Kaylyn was born in the Yukon and moved to Olds, Alberta at a young age where she lived before moving to Saskatoon to attend the University of Saskatchewan. After completing her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Pharmacy in 2013, Kaylyn moved to Calgary where she worked at and managed a pharmacy for a large chain before coming to work at Pharm Drugstore. Kaylyn has a dedication for continuing education and since becoming a pharmacist has become injection certified, obtained additional prescribing authorization, travelled to Spain to write the ISTM Certified Travel Medicine exam, and became a Certified Diabetes Educator. Kaylyn believes in the importance of working together with her patients to meet their health care goals by providing education and knowledge about medications, supplements and lifestyle, all while building lasting relationships. Outside of work, Kaylyn enjoys travelling the world, skiing, playing slo-pitch, photography and exploring the different parts of Calgary and area with her dog, Olive.
